PROFESSIONAL WORK HISTORY 
Lucrazon (03/2014 to Current) 
Technical Coordinator 
· Assisted clients with building their Ecommerce, Merchant and Brand Partner websites, both domestic 
and international. 
· Trouble shooting Content Management, Website errors, Merchant Account/payment gateway, shopping 
carts and product inventory. 
· Responsible for all email correspondence 
· Special projects 
· Examined clients account to understand why they are in a hold status and determine if the hold was 
appropriate 
· Investigated why clients were not getting paid as expected 
· Assisted clients when they were unable to access their accounts 
· Provided assistance to brand partners having trouble with their back office and dashboards 
· Helped clients when they were being charged for something they shouldn’t have been 
· Reconciliation, establish our updated approximately 500 users bank accounts at part of establishing the 
organizations Spain office. 
· Participated in a missing payment project, required client account reconciliation and proactively reaching 
out to brand partners.
