PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The Leadership Pipeline Summer Associate Program is a competitive, non-rotational intern program that provides broad exposure to various business segments
The 10 week program focuses on practical hands-on learning and provides the opportunity to gain an understanding of Wells Fargo’s operations, business strate
culture as well as engage in projects that are cross-departmentalin scopeand impact. Positions are available in San Francisco, Minneapolis and Charlotte. Base
preference and business need, summer associates will be placed in one of five functional tracks described below.
