The meeting notes summarized the following:
1) They filmed the establishing scene first since it was the opening scene and they were at a good location. They also filmed an important chase scene in the woods.
2) They shot some scenes about a drug addiction storyline, leaving the rest to film the next day along with an affair scene. This put them halfway through filming and on track to finish the next day.
3) They took still photos of the protagonists in various locations for the magazine cover and posters.

Meeting Notes
We logically shot the establishing scene first as this is the first scene of the
trailer so we completed this first as we were at a good location for an
establishing shot, the woods and Ashtead common gave us plenty of potential
opening shots that we can choose from.
We filmed the scene in the woods where Will is being chased, which is the most
important scene. As well as this we shot some scenes on the drug addiction
storyline leaving the rest of the drug addiction storyline to shoot tomorrow as
well as the affair scene. This leaves us well placed at half way through so we
are on track to finish tomorrow.
We also took some stills of every protagonists in various locations such as in
the woods and in front of a brick wall which gives us a large variety of stills
which we can choose from for the magazine front cover and poster.
Actions from the meeting
To continue filming tomorrow so we get all of the filming done as soon
as possible so we can begin editing as soon as possible.
To take a shot of the cast next to the ‘Sycamore Rise’ sign for the poster.
To decide on a location for the affair scene as we have not yet decided
on the best location.
