1. To discuss what shots are left to do to ensure filming is complete today
2. To settle on a final location for our affair scene as we have not yet decided
3. To take a still of the entire cast in front of the ‘Sycamore Rise’ road sign

Meeting Notes
Wemanaged to get every pointon the agenda completeand are pleased
with the shots that we have and are confidentthat we have every shot
that we need to create as professionala trailer as possible.
Additionally wemanaged to take a really good still image of the cast by
the ‘SycamoreRoad’ sign whereall the protagonistslook professional
meaningit is a suitable image for the poster.
Wesettled as the scene for the affair in a car as it gives a change of
scenery and we can useshots such as shot-reverse-shot which are
professional.
Actions from the meeting
 To put all the clips that we shot onto one memory stick so all the clips
are together before importing them all into Premier Pro which is the
software we are using to edit the trailer
 To begin editing the trailer so it is complete as soon as possible
