- 3. Planning Although our storyboards were initially produced by hand on paper, we were able to transfer these drawings to the computer and put them onto our blogs using a flatbed scanner. We have incorporated media technologies into helping us document all of our work – whether it be on a computer or Using Microsoft not. Powerpoint and Word when planning our product was useful because of its easy ability to alter any mistakes you make. When planning, we changed our ideas several times so being able to delete parts instantly was exceptionally helpful.
