2. PROFESSIONAL EXPOSURES:-
Completed Diploma in “HVAC” (Heating Ventilation and Air conditioning) from Taiba
Engineering Consultants with the following skills:-
 Heating and cooling load: Calculation in accordance to the building survey
following by ASHRAE / ISHRAE code and with Estimation-20 form and using
software HAP (Hourly Analysis Program).
 Duct Design: followed by SMACNA standard selection air terminal using BETA
performance data program.
 Duct sizing: Calculation of duct sizing by manually using friction chart and using
software’s Mc Quay.
 Ventilation System design: kitchen hood & duct sizing, toilet exhaust system
(commercial, residential), Exhaust fan selection by using performance curves.
 Selection of Units: AHU’s (Air handling unit), FCU’s (Fan coil unit), chiller,
cooling tower, coil selection.

WORK EXPERIENCE:
Worked as a mechanical engineer with AR COMFORT A/C PVT.LIMITED ,
Air-conditioning systems dealer for CARRIER from june 2013 to nov 2014.
Assisted as a Design Engineer and worked in projects in TEC, HYD.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 To meet and discuss site drawings with consent architect, clients and plan air
conditioning system.
 Calculate Load and submit E-20 from the sites.
 Project costing and estimation according to bill of quantities.
 Project execution and commissioning (VRF/chiller) as per site requirement.
 Selecting AC machines (DX and chilled water systems) like fan coil units, chillers, air
handling units and heat exchangers.
 Choosing the suitable machines based on their nomenclature for central A/C project
from their respective makers such as Carrier, Hitachi, and Voltas.

3.  Selecting chilled water pipe size as per GPM, chilled water pipe sizing, Pump Head
Calculations and selecting suitable chilled water pumps.
 Managing Duct size Calculations, External static pressure Calculation and selecting
suitable Fans & Indoor unit.
 Designing suitable Ventilation system for different application like residential
building, commercial building, industrial purpose, car parking basements etc as per
ASHRAE Standards.
 Erection /installation of all numerous equipments Such as Chillers, Pumps, Air
Handling Units, Ducting, Fan coil Units, all types of valves and inspect the same for
the conformance of specifications to be followed.
