Hi, this is harshit khariwal from IIT Bombay, I am gonna presenting about the world’s largest American hamburger and fast food chain, yes it is McDonalds serving since 1940.
It was founded in 1940 as a barbecue restaurant operated by Richard and Maurice McDonald, in California. Businessman Ray Kroc joined the company as a franchise agent in 1955 and subsequently purchased the chain from the McDonald brothers.
Having a look at the stats of the brand, it has 36900 outlets spread over in 120 countries which provide employment to 375000 people and serve about 68 million people all over the world.
The mouth watering Brand mix at mCdonalds consist of various brand lines some of them being Burgers, Beverages, deserts, happy meals, quick bites, french fries, breakfast, various chicken products.
Mcdonalds started of to spread its business and to increase its consumer base by global growth and product expansion. One of such initiative was mccafe which serves various flavourd shakes, hot coffee, and many kind of frape.
Every brand has something unique about it.The points which make Mcdonald unique are its major core values to maintain the quality of food , faast service, their commitment owards ppl, affordable and delicious menu and the clean restrauants
To pull off the target market mcdonalds raised many slogans and campaign. Some of them were like look … archs which resembled the mcdonalds logo and I am lovin it which resembles the love and care by mcdonalds. These slogans helped a lot to gain control over major portion of target market.
