O But Change management got delay.

O Also in developing, training methodology
  & conducting training session.
O Job support and training providing.
Migration Methodology
O Standard processes needed.
O Data cleansing(involve CNIC
  identification).
O Signature Verification.
O Conversion of MIBS,GLBS & RSBS.
O Role based Security and View rights
  authorization.
