Technology Lead:
Working on Ameriprise Wealth Management application. Application is designed to hold Client registration details like Contract,
retirement plan, Household plans, ACH payments, Statements, TIN, SSN , address etc.
Working as part of Application development and enhancement team. Take care of BAU activities along with major enhancement and
new feature developments. Development task includes requirement gathering, User case developments, Design creations, DB LDM
and PDM design, Unit testing, System testing, UAT, run book creation, implementation and post implementation validations.

Technology Lead and Production Support:
System is designed to process Swift in-bound and Out-bound Payments. Payments or receipts are received from Swift through MQs
and are processed as either FED or CHIPS payments. Internal payments are processed as BT. There is provision to create manual
payments too. All the payments are filtered using FircoSoft product to adhere to AML compliance and processed accordingly. All the
payments processed are sent to MANTAS and ACTIMIZE system to perform offline AML filtering and reporting.
Worked as part of Development team and also as support lead for the application. Development tasks included Requirement analysis,
Application Design creation, Unit test plan and results, Change management process, Link, ST and UAT testing, SOE creation, Project
Production Implementation, Post production warranty support. Support activities included Production bug fix, Infrastructure support,
MQ monitoring, System Monitoring, Connect Direct Support, Firco OFAC support, Disaster Recovery etc.

Development Lead:
Worked on the requirement of re-routing and check clearing project for a major Bank in UK. There was requirement to create
Payment re-route functionality to divert the payment on another account for all the Inward faster payments. Requirement analysis
was performed, Functional design and Application designs were delivered to Development team to proceed on Software
development.
Due to Bank’s strategic decision to sell some stake to another bank, there was business request to build a re-route mechanism for the
applications under the scope. Check clearing system was one of the system and it was required to be enhanced. Worked on the
requirement analysis, application design, Component design, Unit test plan, System testing, UAT, production implementation and
post production implementation support as owner of the system and lead a team of 10 people to achieve the task.
INFOSYS, Edinburgh (UK) & Bangalore (India) (2006– 2010)
Technology Analyst & Business Object Designer:
Worked on UK payment system and different type of payments (namely BACS, CHAPS, IAT, and International). Supported the existing
system and performed enhancements.
Introduced a new low volume UK payment which according to UK guidelines should be settle in one day only (called as Faster
payment). Also introduced the functionality of Bulk list templates and Bulk list payment to carry out the Bulk UK payments. The
changes were supported throughout the development life cycle and then implemented in Production.
New channel was required to route the payments invoked using different system available to Customer (e.g Connect direct, Swift
etc). To support this customer registration system was required. The system was developed to register the customers, route inward
payments and outward payment. The channel is called as ‘Global Payment link’.
Enhanced Management Information system of the Bank. It stores critical information related to customer and transactions. It was
enhanced to add new jobs to dump data into MI database which is later used for report generation.
Developed, supported and enhanced ‘Business object’ data-ware house tool. This tool produces different type of reports in different
forms to be dispatched to customer and Business.
