The Probat Complex mesophilic cultures range of Probat 222, 322, and 901 are made from
a combination of the following bacteria which all deliver a specific property to the final
product that they are used in:
Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis
Lactococcus lactis subsp. cremoris
Lactococcus lactis subsp. biovar diacetylactis
Lactococcus mesenteroides subsp. cremoris
