tower includes 6,000 SF of
ground floor retail. Additionally,
infrastructure upgrades to
access the site through a new
traffic circle, and Station
Improvements will be
developed in this phase
Phase II-A
A standalone
266,000 SF office
tower with 23,000
RSF floorplates
and 22 stories. The
building will also
have a café retail
area of 2,000 SF
Phase II-B
A 340,000 SF
residential tower with
369 units averaging
913 SF per unit.
Phase II-C
A 320,000 SF residential
tower with 336 units
averaging 962 SF per unit.
Phase I-B
A 400,000 SF residential tower with
421 units and average sizes of 962
SF. A 22,000 ground floor grocer
space will also be included as part
of this mixed-use building.
Additionally, 25,000 SF of open
public plaza spaces will also be

LINK at DOUGLAS sits atop a major transit hub, taking you
from the airport to Oceanside quickly and conveniently.
Also THE UNDERLINE - a planned 10-mile urban trail, linear
neighborhood park and public art destination, will span from
the Miami River, north of Brickell Metrorail station to Dadeland
South passing through the project.
