Once exposed and wooden crib blocks installed we will put in strain gauge sensors to monitor movementsas will a
special UV corrosion application over the F.B.E. coatingthat is specific in interferingwith Ultra Violet rays that
deteriorate the foundry fusion bonded epoxy. Working asa Chief for Team Env. with head of OperationsPaul Mikaeloff
(Rice Energy).

doing preliminaryasbuilt of the pipe as it lays as well as visual inspection pinholes, buckles, arc burn etc. Observe
coating application as per the specification from our client thru the contractor. Document all information anchor
profiles, WFT's, DFTS, RH, ambient tempsto ensure proper adhesion per the PDS using NDT tools such as elcometer,
infrared therm, slingpsychrometer and test Tex tape.

in four separate sections. I went on tie in and inspected over installation of the manifoldsused for hydro’s which
