FACTS : ♦ In all places in our country the voter can’t cast his/her vote freely. 
♦ In many regions, obstacles in the form of violence, threat bogus votes, booth, capturing, influencing, 
the voters by givingb them money etc. take place these. 
♦ These undemocratic activities prevent many of the people from exercising prevent many of the people
