Abstract Introduction of nearest three vector algorithm is a major achievement in the area of space vector technology. Complexity and severe computations are still the drawbacks of SVM methods mainly for multilevel inverter applications. A fast SVM technique is introduced in this project which allows the calculation of switch time duration and the efficient determination of switching times based on the two level inverter scheme. SVM modulating waves are generated based on the two level system and then this modulating waves are compared with required number of carrier signals in order to generate the switching pulses for the inverter. Four triangular carrier signals are needed for a five level system in order to generate the switching pulses. Coordinates of the nearest three voltage vectors is not needed, so the complexity of the SVM technique can be reduced and it is the major advantage of the proposed technique compared with conventional SVM techniques used for multilevel inverters. A three phase five level cascaded H bridge topology is used here to verify the effectiveness of the proposed technique. MATLAB simulation and hardware implementation of the proposed system is done. From the analysis of both simulation and hardware it is clear that proposed SVM technique have more fundamental output and less THD than sinusoidal PWM technique. VLSI ARCHITECTURE OF AN 8-BIT MULTIPLIER USING VEDIC MATHEMATICS IN 180NM TEC...
A Multiplier is one of the key hardware blocks in most fast processing system which requires less power dissipation. A conventional multiplier consumes more power. This paper presents a low power 8 bit Vedic Multiplier (VM) based on Vertically & Crosswise method of Vedic mathematics, a general multiplication formulae equally applicable to all cases of multiplication. It is based on generating all partial products and their sum in one step. The implementation is done using cadence Virtuoso tool. The power dissipation of 8x8 bit Vedic multiplier obtained after synthesis is compared with conventional multipliers such as Wallace tree and array multipliers and found that the proposed Vedic multiplier circuit seems to have better performance in terms of power dissipation.

VLSI ARCHITECTURE OF AN 8-BIT MULTIPLIER USING VEDIC MATHEMATICS IN 180NM TEC...
A Multiplier is one of the key hardware blocks in most fast processing system which requires less power dissipation. A conventional multiplier consumes more power. This paper presents a low power 8 bit Vedic Multiplier (VM) based on Vertically & Crosswise method of Vedic mathematics, a general multiplication formulae equally applicable to all cases of multiplication. It is based on generating all partial products and their sum in one step. The implementation is done using cadence Virtuoso tool. The power dissipation of 8x8 bit Vedic multiplier obtained after synthesis is compared with conventional multipliers such as Wallace tree and array multipliers and found that the proposed Vedic multiplier circuit seems to have better performance in terms of power dissipation.

The assembly line will be implemented using a bounded buffer producer and consumers. The factory contains two types of worker threads: producers and consumers. Each producer thread produces a certain type of candy, while each consumer creates boxes of assorted candies using ones produced by producers. After producing each candy, the producer deposits it into the bounded buffer. If the buffer is full, it must wait until one slot becomes available. A consumer extracts candy from the bounded buffer, one at a time, and when candy items have been extracted, it fills up a box of assorted candy.
Implement a solution that synchronizes the activities of the producers and the consumers. The total number of producers, consumers, and a total number of types of candies are passed as command-line arguments. Allocate memory for data structures dynamically based on the input parameter(s).
