To remove color from the font outline, I resized the layer and used the magic wand tool to select the outline area before deleting the color. I then filled the blank area with the preferred color using the paint bucket tool. This process removed the original color from the font outline and replaced it with a new color.

2. To keep the outline of the font blackI restersized the layer and used the magic wand tool.I then clicked the desired area and clicked the delete button to delete all colour.I then used the paint bucket too. with thecolour I preferred to use and clicked on the blank area.This was the outcome.
