creative environment.
1. INTRODUCTION
The rapid development of education as a necessary factor in the development of any society has
already become an important area of global practice. In particular, at the current stage of Uzbekistan’s
development, in order to combat ignorance, increase citizens’ involvement in reforms and confidence in
the future, improve the well-being of “national revival”. First of all, the priority is to carry out
comprehensive reforms in the sphere of education.
2. MAIN PART
Respect for intellectuals, that is, teachers, is a noble tradition established in this country, which
has long been an ancient tradition of the Uzbek people, the gates of spirituality, the cradle of
enlightenment. From west to east, the great series created by such ancestors as Imam Bukhari, Al-
Moturudi, Imam Dorami, Makhdumi Azam, Alisher Navoiy, Mirzo Ulugbek, Kazizada Rumi and others.
Today’s intellectuals – teachers and trainers – continue this historic series. At present, the population of
Uzbekistan exceeds 34 million people, more than 16% of whom are schoolchildren. Thanks to the efforts
of Uzbekistan’s leader Shavkat Mirziyoyev, more than 450,000 people working in public education have
received social support, their social status and wages have been raised. Such care has further strengthened
the love and devotion of the teacher to his profession, inspiring him to work even harder on himself.
A great practical work has been done in Uzbekistan to create an atmosphere of respect for
teachers and coaches. On 23 August 2019, at a videoconference with President Shavkat Mirziyoev on
“the issues of patriotic education of young people and raising the status of teachers in society”, [1.1] is a
practical expression of this.
Today Uzbekistan has a system of modern approaches to training, retraining and professional
development of teachers. In this regard, a special attention has been paid to introducing the most modern,
advanced and transparent organizational and legal mechanisms, to transforming the “Master–Student”
relations into a sustainable system. The tradition, which has long been a characteristic of the Uzbek
people, has been playing an important role in enhancing the effectiveness of education. In other words,
the stronger the level of knowledge, competence and culture of thinking of a pupil, the stronger the
ground for his or her future, “superior to the teacher”. To create such a ground, a teacher himself must be
an example in all respects.
The main thing in this system is that in the process of professional development, each student
develops an individual plan for further deepening of knowledge, skills and competencies, independently
studying under the guidance of a teacher attached to him. In this plan, the student studies the best

pedagogical practices, applies them in practice; study and analyze innovations in teaching;
implementation of advanced, modern pedagogical and information technologies of teaching;
implementation of innovations in pedagogy, psychology, spirituality and enlightenment; mastering
normative documents in the field of education; it is desirable to clearly define their responsibilities in
areas such as classrooms, extracurricular activities, educational work, training and implementation of the
best practices.
A teacher, in turn, should have the following social and human qualities: firstly, he should be an
educated, experienced methodologist with deep knowledge, perfect command of teaching methods and
skills; secondly, his pedagogical skills, psychological and ideological training should be high. The teacher
should be polite, kind, conscientious, cultural, as well as entrepreneurial and organized. Sharing these
qualities with the student is the essence of the Master–Student tradition.
In fact, the decision making system “Master–Student” is a noble idea, which should make a
person harmonious, society happy and prosperous. Especially when this idea takes on a fuller meaning,
when it is fed by Islamic philosophy. The works of our great ancestors Ibn Sino, Beruni, Farobi, Alisher
Navoiy, Imam Bukhara’s hadith and the principle of Bahauddin Naqshband “May your heart be in God,
may your hands be in labour” [2.40] contain valuable wisdom about this noble idea. Many symbols of
skill were created in the works of our people, our thoughtful ancestors.
Talking about the saints and great thinkers who grew up in this land, President Shavkat
Mirziyoyev said: “You see the honour of our great ancestors, their immortal names, their purity of spirit
still support us today. We should be proud of such great scientists, our Motherland, who brought them to
perfection” [3.146].
Today, the country’s education system is being reformed based on the principle of deep and
comprehensive study and teaching of the unique spiritual heritage, historical traditions and national
values of the Uzbek people.
The great Greek philosopher Heraclitus somehow called this country “the cradle of philosophical
thought”. The validity of this definition became clear in the early Middle Ages. The mysteries of the
universe of Ahmad Fergana, the ideas of Mohammed ibn Musa al-Khorazmi about the method of
algorithmic sequencing, the father of natural philosophy Abu Rayhan Beruni, known for his secular
discoveries in seven climates, called “Aristotle of the East”, History of Philosophy, Theory of
Knowledge Works on logic, music, ethics, heritage of geniuses such as Abu Nasr Farobi, author of ideas
on just society, philosophical ideas of Avicenna, humanistic philosophy of Alisher Navoiy, Babur Mirza,
Mashrab, Bedil. Knowledge, creativity and activity of enlightened intellectuals of the beginning of the
century is very important and approximate source in Master–Student system.
Today, Uzbekistan finds its rightful place in the world community. It is based on unity, hard
work, upbringing and aspiration of the Uzbek people for knowledge and spiritual heights. It is no
coincidence that the moral spirit of the people, especially the younger generation, has risen to the level of
state policy in Uzbekistan.
There is no doubt that the five important initiatives launched by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev to
raise the morale of young people and consciously organize their leisure time will open up bright
opportunities in the lives of young people, as well as provide content for educational work. In particular,
this is evidenced by the initiative to develop a culture of reading among the population, holding regular
reading competitions among young people. In fact, the desire for knowledge and education is the oldest
characteristic of the Uzbek people. It is pleasant to see that the wave of light powered by the intellect of
great ancestors is reflected in the bodies of today’s generations. The Holy Book of Islam, the Koran, also
glorifies enlightenment, wisdom and knowledge. The hadith says, “Look for knowledge from cradle to
grave”. Since ancient times Uzbeks considered reading and learning to be a shield against all adversity,
and knowledge and power to be twins.
It is no accident that these noble principles are being glorified in the country today. After all, the
XXI century is the age of intellect and intellectuals. For those who are educated, time is right. As our
thinker Farobi said, only educated people build a virtuous society [4.166–168]. Besides, the present epoch
is the information age. Whatever country is rich in information resources, it is powerful. Information
warfare is an attack that concerns humanity today, even more terrible than nuclear war. To confront it, a

man must have great knowledge - information, constantly sharpening his thinking. To do this, it is
necessary to effectively use the services of the library and other information resource centres.
Today, the wealth of information of a person is an important factor that determines his
spirituality, in other words, his place in the society. The use of library services is an important step in this
direction. The German philosopher
G. Leibniz stated that “libraries are the pearls of all spiritual wealth of mankind” [6.182], while the
French philosopher Denis Diderot was right when he said: “Whoever stops reading knows that he has
stopped thinking” [5.260].
The role of the library in the development of creative environment in an educational institution is
invaluable. Turning it into a real hearth of spirituality is an important requirement of our time. Today, the
development of reading culture in Uzbekistan has risen to the level of state policy. The country pays
special attention to the development of reading not only in educational institutions or trade unions, but
also in society. Today, there are about 10,000 mahallahs in the country and 1,096 mahallahs in
Samarkand region. The library was established in all 56 collections of citizens of Narpai district. Under
five initiatives, work is under way to establish a library in all the makhallas of the region.
An important area of radical reforms in the country is favorable opportunities for improving the
quality of education, the widespread use of new pedagogical technologies, improving the effectiveness of
scientific research, and creating a business, positive, and healthy competitive environment in society.
A creative environment is an environment in which team members conduct large-scale research,
conduct experiments, analyze their results in detail, draw logical conclusions, test them in practice, and so
on. At the same time, in order to develop students “abilities and talents, improve the system of working
with them for a specific purpose, attract public attention to the educational process, and develop students”
personality in this direction. attention to work will be increased.
The creative environment is an integral part of the spiritual environment. More precisely, they
are intertwined dialectically: the creative environment enriches the spiritual environment, and the spiritual
environment creates the conditions for the formation and development of the creative environment.
The creative environment can be understood directly as the creative process itself. So what is
creation? The National Encyclopedia of Uzbekistan describes it in the following way: “Creativity is a
human activity to create new material and spiritual benefits. Human thinking, memory, imagination and
attention will actively participate in it, and all knowledge, experience and talent will manifest itself”
[7.81]. Creativity is not just scientific or artistic. The desire for innovation, the birth of new ideas is also
the product of creative activity.
Spiritual environment is a good opportunity for productive creativity. Describing the spiritual
environment, philosopher and scientist A. Erkaev writes: “The spiritual environment is the needs of the
society, based on the average level of emotional, mental and physical maturity and the order of their
implementation. The environment usually strives for stability and homogeneity, their requirements and
impact are common to all” [8.35]. The author acknowledges that in some cases there are no requirements
for a spiritual environment, so there is also a professional or group environment.
Although there is little specific theoretical research in the field of the spiritual and creative
environment, in any case we believe that the essence of these concepts is clear to many. We are talking
about how to create such an environment and use it more effectively.
3. CONCLUSION
The role of education, teachers and trainers in the formation and development of spiritual and
creative environment is invaluable. Where there is common sense, business acumen and initiative, the
environment will be healthier and the morale of these team members will also be higher. Otherwise, a
spiritually unhealthy environment will prevail, which will destroy cohesion and kindness in society.
Where there is selfishness, envy, gossip, hypocrisy, deceit, there will never be prosperity. Spiritually
mature people work in a spiritually healthy environment. Jealous, deceitful, and gossip mongers should
not be among them. In any case, it is necessary to identify the defects that destroy a healthy environment
and eradicate them.
Especially if educational institutions have a real business, creative environment, there will be
high success, efficiency and productivity. Today, within the framework of reforms, wide-scale measures

and programs are developed and implemented to eliminate such environment, seminars and various
conferences are held. As part of the event, a corner of periodicals and other literature dedicated to the
academic year will be organized in libraries of the institutions, “Lessons on creative reporting” will be
held, teachers and trainers will be encouraged. It would be useful to establish conversations, dialogues,
discussions and regular meetings with scientists and artists on the following topics “Study humanitarian
sciences”, “Crazy, deep thinker”. “He is a happy man”.
The organization of competitions in the nominations “The best department”, “The most
productive worker”, in the regional centers of retraining and professional development of teachers and
pedagogical universities, the systematization of awarding the winners is desirable.

Master–student relations, importance of reading culture and creative environment in the development of education

  • 1. 4 International Journal on Integrated Education e-ISSN : 2620 3502 p-ISSN : 2615 3785 Volume 3, Issue V, May 2020 | Master–student relations, importance of reading culture and creative environment in the development of education Komil Haydarov1 1 Candidate of philosophical Sciences, Associate Professor Samarkand regional center for retraining and advanced training of public educators, Uzbekistan Email: haydarov.sam@mail.ru ABSTRACT This article deals with Master–Student relations in educational reform, their role in human activity, the teacher’s ability to have a positive impact on his students. It also emphasizes the importance of developing a culture of reading and a creative environment in educational institutions. Keywords: educational reforms, Master–Student relations, reading culture, harmony of spiritual and creative environment. 1. INTRODUCTION The rapid development of education as a necessary factor in the development of any society has already become an important area of global practice. In particular, at the current stage of Uzbekistan’s development, in order to combat ignorance, increase citizens’ involvement in reforms and confidence in the future, improve the well-being of “national revival”. First of all, the priority is to carry out comprehensive reforms in the sphere of education. 2. MAIN PART Respect for intellectuals, that is, teachers, is a noble tradition established in this country, which has long been an ancient tradition of the Uzbek people, the gates of spirituality, the cradle of enlightenment. From west to east, the great series created by such ancestors as Imam Bukhari, Al- Moturudi, Imam Dorami, Makhdumi Azam, Alisher Navoiy, Mirzo Ulugbek, Kazizada Rumi and others. Today’s intellectuals – teachers and trainers – continue this historic series. At present, the population of Uzbekistan exceeds 34 million people, more than 16% of whom are schoolchildren. Thanks to the efforts of Uzbekistan’s leader Shavkat Mirziyoyev, more than 450,000 people working in public education have received social support, their social status and wages have been raised. Such care has further strengthened the love and devotion of the teacher to his profession, inspiring him to work even harder on himself. A great practical work has been done in Uzbekistan to create an atmosphere of respect for teachers and coaches. On 23 August 2019, at a videoconference with President Shavkat Mirziyoev on “the issues of patriotic education of young people and raising the status of teachers in society”, [1.1] is a practical expression of this. Today Uzbekistan has a system of modern approaches to training, retraining and professional development of teachers. In this regard, a special attention has been paid to introducing the most modern, advanced and transparent organizational and legal mechanisms, to transforming the “Master–Student” relations into a sustainable system. The tradition, which has long been a characteristic of the Uzbek people, has been playing an important role in enhancing the effectiveness of education. In other words, the stronger the level of knowledge, competence and culture of thinking of a pupil, the stronger the ground for his or her future, “superior to the teacher”. To create such a ground, a teacher himself must be an example in all respects. The main thing in this system is that in the process of professional development, each student develops an individual plan for further deepening of knowledge, skills and competencies, independently studying under the guidance of a teacher attached to him. In this plan, the student studies the best
  • 2. 5 International Journal on Integrated Education e-ISSN : 2620 3502 p-ISSN : 2615 3785 Volume 3, Issue V, May 2020 | pedagogical practices, applies them in practice; study and analyze innovations in teaching; implementation of advanced, modern pedagogical and information technologies of teaching; implementation of innovations in pedagogy, psychology, spirituality and enlightenment; mastering normative documents in the field of education; it is desirable to clearly define their responsibilities in areas such as classrooms, extracurricular activities, educational work, training and implementation of the best practices. A teacher, in turn, should have the following social and human qualities: firstly, he should be an educated, experienced methodologist with deep knowledge, perfect command of teaching methods and skills; secondly, his pedagogical skills, psychological and ideological training should be high. The teacher should be polite, kind, conscientious, cultural, as well as entrepreneurial and organized. Sharing these qualities with the student is the essence of the Master–Student tradition. In fact, the decision making system “Master–Student” is a noble idea, which should make a person harmonious, society happy and prosperous. Especially when this idea takes on a fuller meaning, when it is fed by Islamic philosophy. The works of our great ancestors Ibn Sino, Beruni, Farobi, Alisher Navoiy, Imam Bukhara’s hadith and the principle of Bahauddin Naqshband “May your heart be in God, may your hands be in labour” [2.40] contain valuable wisdom about this noble idea. Many symbols of skill were created in the works of our people, our thoughtful ancestors. Talking about the saints and great thinkers who grew up in this land, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev said: “You see the honour of our great ancestors, their immortal names, their purity of spirit still support us today. We should be proud of such great scientists, our Motherland, who brought them to perfection” [3.146]. Today, the country’s education system is being reformed based on the principle of deep and comprehensive study and teaching of the unique spiritual heritage, historical traditions and national values of the Uzbek people. The great Greek philosopher Heraclitus somehow called this country “the cradle of philosophical thought”. The validity of this definition became clear in the early Middle Ages. The mysteries of the universe of Ahmad Fergana, the ideas of Mohammed ibn Musa al-Khorazmi about the method of algorithmic sequencing, the father of natural philosophy Abu Rayhan Beruni, known for his secular discoveries in seven climates, called “Aristotle of the East”, History of Philosophy, Theory of Knowledge Works on logic, music, ethics, heritage of geniuses such as Abu Nasr Farobi, author of ideas on just society, philosophical ideas of Avicenna, humanistic philosophy of Alisher Navoiy, Babur Mirza, Mashrab, Bedil. Knowledge, creativity and activity of enlightened intellectuals of the beginning of the century is very important and approximate source in Master–Student system. Today, Uzbekistan finds its rightful place in the world community. It is based on unity, hard work, upbringing and aspiration of the Uzbek people for knowledge and spiritual heights. It is no coincidence that the moral spirit of the people, especially the younger generation, has risen to the level of state policy in Uzbekistan. There is no doubt that the five important initiatives launched by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev to raise the morale of young people and consciously organize their leisure time will open up bright opportunities in the lives of young people, as well as provide content for educational work. In particular, this is evidenced by the initiative to develop a culture of reading among the population, holding regular reading competitions among young people. In fact, the desire for knowledge and education is the oldest characteristic of the Uzbek people. It is pleasant to see that the wave of light powered by the intellect of great ancestors is reflected in the bodies of today’s generations. The Holy Book of Islam, the Koran, also glorifies enlightenment, wisdom and knowledge. The hadith says, “Look for knowledge from cradle to grave”. Since ancient times Uzbeks considered reading and learning to be a shield against all adversity, and knowledge and power to be twins. It is no accident that these noble principles are being glorified in the country today. After all, the XXI century is the age of intellect and intellectuals. For those who are educated, time is right. As our thinker Farobi said, only educated people build a virtuous society [4.166–168]. Besides, the present epoch is the information age. Whatever country is rich in information resources, it is powerful. Information warfare is an attack that concerns humanity today, even more terrible than nuclear war. To confront it, a
  • 3. 6 International Journal on Integrated Education e-ISSN : 2620 3502 p-ISSN : 2615 3785 Volume 3, Issue V, May 2020 | man must have great knowledge - information, constantly sharpening his thinking. To do this, it is necessary to effectively use the services of the library and other information resource centres. Today, the wealth of information of a person is an important factor that determines his spirituality, in other words, his place in the society. The use of library services is an important step in this direction. The German philosopher G. Leibniz stated that “libraries are the pearls of all spiritual wealth of mankind” [6.182], while the French philosopher Denis Diderot was right when he said: “Whoever stops reading knows that he has stopped thinking” [5.260]. The role of the library in the development of creative environment in an educational institution is invaluable. Turning it into a real hearth of spirituality is an important requirement of our time. Today, the development of reading culture in Uzbekistan has risen to the level of state policy. The country pays special attention to the development of reading not only in educational institutions or trade unions, but also in society. Today, there are about 10,000 mahallahs in the country and 1,096 mahallahs in Samarkand region. The library was established in all 56 collections of citizens of Narpai district. Under five initiatives, work is under way to establish a library in all the makhallas of the region. An important area of radical reforms in the country is favorable opportunities for improving the quality of education, the widespread use of new pedagogical technologies, improving the effectiveness of scientific research, and creating a business, positive, and healthy competitive environment in society. A creative environment is an environment in which team members conduct large-scale research, conduct experiments, analyze their results in detail, draw logical conclusions, test them in practice, and so on. At the same time, in order to develop students “abilities and talents, improve the system of working with them for a specific purpose, attract public attention to the educational process, and develop students” personality in this direction. attention to work will be increased. The creative environment is an integral part of the spiritual environment. More precisely, they are intertwined dialectically: the creative environment enriches the spiritual environment, and the spiritual environment creates the conditions for the formation and development of the creative environment. The creative environment can be understood directly as the creative process itself. So what is creation? The National Encyclopedia of Uzbekistan describes it in the following way: “Creativity is a human activity to create new material and spiritual benefits. Human thinking, memory, imagination and attention will actively participate in it, and all knowledge, experience and talent will manifest itself” [7.81]. Creativity is not just scientific or artistic. The desire for innovation, the birth of new ideas is also the product of creative activity. Spiritual environment is a good opportunity for productive creativity. Describing the spiritual environment, philosopher and scientist A. Erkaev writes: “The spiritual environment is the needs of the society, based on the average level of emotional, mental and physical maturity and the order of their implementation. The environment usually strives for stability and homogeneity, their requirements and impact are common to all” [8.35]. The author acknowledges that in some cases there are no requirements for a spiritual environment, so there is also a professional or group environment. Although there is little specific theoretical research in the field of the spiritual and creative environment, in any case we believe that the essence of these concepts is clear to many. We are talking about how to create such an environment and use it more effectively. 3. CONCLUSION The role of education, teachers and trainers in the formation and development of spiritual and creative environment is invaluable. Where there is common sense, business acumen and initiative, the environment will be healthier and the morale of these team members will also be higher. Otherwise, a spiritually unhealthy environment will prevail, which will destroy cohesion and kindness in society. Where there is selfishness, envy, gossip, hypocrisy, deceit, there will never be prosperity. Spiritually mature people work in a spiritually healthy environment. Jealous, deceitful, and gossip mongers should not be among them. In any case, it is necessary to identify the defects that destroy a healthy environment and eradicate them. Especially if educational institutions have a real business, creative environment, there will be high success, efficiency and productivity. Today, within the framework of reforms, wide-scale measures
  • 4. 7 International Journal on Integrated Education e-ISSN : 2620 3502 p-ISSN : 2615 3785 Volume 3, Issue V, May 2020 | and programs are developed and implemented to eliminate such environment, seminars and various conferences are held. As part of the event, a corner of periodicals and other literature dedicated to the academic year will be organized in libraries of the institutions, “Lessons on creative reporting” will be held, teachers and trainers will be encouraged. It would be useful to establish conversations, dialogues, discussions and regular meetings with scientists and artists on the following topics “Study humanitarian sciences”, “Crazy, deep thinker”. “He is a happy man”. The organization of competitions in the nominations “The best department”, “The most productive worker”, in the regional centers of retraining and professional development of teachers and pedagogical universities, the systematization of awarding the winners is desirable.
