  • 5. Some common perceptions 44% of students believed that their post secondary education improved their employment opportunities. 9% of parents with children under 18 say that the current state of higher education in America is “excellent.”
  • 6. More perceptions 48% of high school graduates did not pursue higher education because the cost was prohibitive. 80 % of adults with children under the age of 18 say that it is extremely like that their children will go to college.
