E. Alana James, Ed.D. specializes in the use of networked participatory action research (PAR) to solve complex problems. Her current international project is the Future(s) of Education Project that encourages local participatory teams to consider the question of what our children need to thrive in the world that they will inherit, a world we cannot imagine? She speaks internationally on these issues At the local level it is common for groups she facilitates to deal with issues such as improving education or seeking solutions created by intercultural disparity.
