2. Head Coordination to Chief
• Personal Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the
department by providing comprehensive administrative support to the Chief and
facilitating effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Attention to detail working, exceptional communication skills, and ability to
multitask will be essential in carrying out the daily tasks efficiently.

3. Scheduling Meetings
• Incumbent will be responsible for managing the Chief's calendar, scheduling
meetings, and coordinating appointments with internal teams, external clients,
and business partners. This includes sending out meeting invitations, securing
meeting venues, and arranging any necessary equipment or materials.

4. Minute Taking
• During meetings, incumbent will be required to record accurate and concise
