OVERVIEW:
I am currently serving as the Threshold Inspector’s Special inspector on a CDM Smith 130
million dollar Waste to Energy plant project. I am a former U.S. service member veteran with 30
years of experience in all facets of construction. I have worked closely with engineers,
contractors and subcontractors to assure the successful completion of variety of projects
including ground-up construction of industrial facilities, major highways, bridges and waterways.
Aside from onsite inspection responsibilities, I have been a Florida licensed contractor for 11
years successfully running my own design build Construction Company and have been a private
municipality inspector in Palm Beach County for over 10 years. My current licenses include:
Standard Building Inspector, General Contractor and Home Inspector. Other areas of
responsibility/experience have included construction management, project management,
planning, and scheduling and code inspection. I am currently seeking employment with a
company that will utilize past experience as well as other growth in the construction industry.

My duties include various inspections of all structural elements of the project which includes but
not limited to footings and building foundations, cast-in-place concrete structures, structural and
reinforcing steel, roofing and exterior wall sheathing.

Glade Library (sub-contractor):
My duties include various inspections of all structural elements of the project which includes but
not limited to footings and building foundations, cast-in-place concrete structures, structural and
reinforcing steel, roofing and exterior wall sheathing. Duties also include maintaining of all field
and project reports which include (RFI, RFP and shop drawing updates). All inspections
conform to Florida Building codes.
Tierra of South Florida 07/2009 to 11/2011 South West Transfer Station (sub-contractor):
My duties include various inspections of all structural elements of the project which includes but
not limited to footings and building foundations, cast- in-place concrete structures, structural and
reinforcing steel, roofing and exterior wall sheathing and MSE wall systems. Civil Inspections-
water, sewer, drainage, and roadway. Duties also include maintaining of all field and project
reports which include (RFI, RFP and shop drawing updates). All inspections conform to Florida
Building code and FDOT specifications.
Bridge Design 04/2000 to 08/2004:
My duties include various filed inspections of bridges and buildings, which include structural and
reinforcing steel, concrete testing, pile driving monitoring, MOT inspections, post tensioning, and
site evaluations. Duties also include maintaining of all filed and project reports which include
(pay application & shop drawing reviews). All inspections conformed to FDOT
specifications/Florida Building codes.

RCT Engineering 04/1998 to 04/2000:
Port of Palm Beach Sky pass Bridge- City of Rivera Beach (Subcontracting with Green
Horn & O’Mara)
My duties include, substructure steel inspections, superstructure steel inspections, pile driving
monitoring, concrete testing, MOT inspections, water and drainage inspections, MSE wall
system inspections, roadway inspections, lighting and signalization inspections. Duties also
include inspection of 13 deck pours at 1900’ x 102’. All inspections conformed to FDOT
specifications.

Performed field evaluations and prepared production drawings for civil and site preparation at
four County airports. Evaluated condition of drainage, roadway, irrigation, runways/taxiways,
