At RVFLimited, Mr. Sheldon has served as Project Manager for the $30M Cutoff Wall project at Lake
Okeechobee (Florida), one of the largest lakes in the United States. His vast experience as a contractor and
project manager has quickly established Mr. Sheldon's role as a construction estimator, and in particular, he
has become the key consultant for MEP estimations and projects across the USA.

Mr. Sheldon was retained by Hayward Baker, Inc. to lead major geotechnical improvements on Lake
Okeechobee. This $250M Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) through the Army Corps of Engineers
consisted of task orders ranging in value from $9M to $30M. These task orders involved constructing a low-permeability
seepage cutoff wall to a depth of 70 feet along the alignment of the dike.

Mr. Sheldon was the managing partner in a start-up General, Mechanical and Electrical construction company
that self-performed Department of Defense (DoD) government work. Mr. Sheldon started the company with

company continues to be a viable business in Tampa.
