CAREER SUMMARY: Experienced site acquisition specialist assigned to difficult new site

in new site builds for AT&T along with modification projects and site auditing. Rooftop and
ground builds along with third party leases with an emphasis on various sites in difficult
geographic areas that require unusual design and building solutions along with difficult
permitting and zoning areas which require creative thinking, a strong understanding of goals
and tenacity. Negotiations involving leases and zoning in difficult jurisdictions including
Boulder County and City of Boulder, Jefferson County and Larimer County, experience in
obtaining building permits, holding public hearings, obtaining special use permits and
variance permits along with the ability to work with RF Engineers and architects on design
and frequency requirements for specific site builds and modification projects.

Site Acquisition Specialist - Site Acquisition Specialist for international telecommunications
company. Locate appropriate sites for telecommunication towers through due diligence,
meeting with county and town planning and zoning departments to obtain zoning and
building permits, reviewing title work and negotiating easements. Attend and present at town
meetings construction proposals and drawings. Meet with in house engineers and
construction managers to satisfy county codes and ordinances in the design, operation and
location of the cellular tower and all antennas, upgrades and changes required for LTE and
UMTS operations. Negotiate leases with landowners in order to build or upgrade
telecommunications sites. Maintain working relationships with landlords along with
obtaining title work and negotiating easements when needed for egress and access.
