 I helped manage and maintain Facebook and LinkedIn for BBWG (Bonded
Builders Warranty Group), BWG (Bankers Warranty Group), BBIS (Bonded
Builders Insurance Group), BIG (Bankers Insurance Group), BLIC (Bankers Life
Insurance Group), and the umbrella, BFC (Bankers Financial Corporation).
 I did so by researching articles and blogs to share on all platforms, relative to the specific
company. I also came up with the copy (content) that went along with posting these
articles for our customers.
 I helped manage and maintain Twitter and Google Plus for BIG.
 I helped manage and maintain the BIG’s 40th Sweepstakes Facebook group for
BIG’s 40th anniversary promotion
Social Media Contests/Promotion (BIG
Sweepstakes)
 Managed the Facebook Sweepstakes page for the 40th anniversary Promotion
 Created Excel Spreadsheet of all agents who were actively participating in contests, and
engaging on the FB page, in order to see a greater amount of policies quoted with BIG. I
continued updated this list until the end of my internship.
1. I noticed that most agents who were engaging on the FB page, seemed to be quoting more policies
with Bankers in order to have more of a chance to win the Mini Cooper. In the end social media has
given us the opportunity to have more quotes, and in turn, possibly more bound policies with BIG.
 I collaborated with the Social media Manager to creatively come up with the copy (content)
for the weekly “Flat Coop” posts.
 Daily monitoring and engaging with agents, as Flat Cooper.
 Collaborated with Social media manager on weekly contests to promote engagement and
excitement for the Agents.
 Collaborated on bigger contests such as the Scavenger Hunt, which can be used on all
digital marketing platforms, potentially scheduled for October.
Extra Projects
 Made a Podcast for BIG, for their new BOP Program.
1. Filmed Caitlin Connor speaking her part for the podcast
2. Edited the podcast in Final Cut Pro program on personal computer
3. Uploaded video onto Company YouTube Channel, in order to be then shared on
appropriate social media outlets.

1. Acquired raw film footage of Erin Widener’s testimonial
