Bryan Sanchez and Ryan Pierce completed internships at the Rutherford County Human Resources department where they organized employee records, delivered mail, and assisted with new hire orientations. They learned that human resources has a profound impact on both the local community and other government departments through hands-on problem solving and a focus on customer service.
