Maria Serna has over 4 years of experience in customer service and IT roles. She is currently working at Altegra Health in customer service, assisting members with recertifying for the Low Income Subsidy. Previously, she had an internship at Bank of America as a fraud analyst and worked at Year Up doing junior system administration work including imaging and networking laptops and desktops. She is pursuing an Associate's degree in Computer Science online through Mount Washington College and completed a one-year career training program through Year Up and Atlanta Metro State College focused on customer service, IT skills, and professional development.
