Malolos Resort Club Royale was established in 1995 as an exclusive club for a businessman's friends to enjoy the pool at his residence. It later opened to non-members and became a business. The current president remains the original visionary businessman. The resort aims to provide the best value and world-class service in a relaxing atmosphere. Originally, processes like registration, payments, and bookings were done manually, which was time-consuming and error-prone. Now, an information system automates these processes, making transactions faster and more accurate while solving problems like pricing errors.

2. Introduction
Malolos Resort Club Royale was
established in January 1995. Club
Royale started as a residence
having a pool owned by a
visionary businessman. The Club
started when the businessman
started inviting his friends to form
an exclusive club to enjoy the pool.
Their family and friends formed the club and each member had a share,
from that time Malolos Resort Club Royale was born. Club Royale as
commonly known initially catered only club members. However, non-members
began to inquire to rent and enjoy the facilities of Club Royale. The
original exclusive club decided to open the Club Royale for business.
Presently, the President of Club Royale is the same visionary businessman
who operates CPK-MBB Group of Companies. CPK-MBB Group has
diversified operations and investments in the paint, hardware, realty and
construction businesses.

13. Turnover Process
Opening the cashier will collect all the order slip
due to his/her shift and compute the total amount
of sales. The total amount of sales must have
identical sales to the total amount of money to the
electronic cash register.
There is a proper endorsing of important
reminders in the electronic cash register, notes in
any update in the booking.
Check the whole booking of room
accommodation before turn over on the next shift.

14. Closing Shift
Closing cashier do the same procedure as
what the opening procedure on the next shift
do.
Closing the electronic cash register must
been total in the opening and closing.
Closing cashier may pass the duty to the next
shift.

→ This was minimized the erroneous amount in the room rates,
amenities, discounts, and other expenses.

29. Closing Shift
1) Closing cashier will do the same process in turn
over.
2) Breakdown all issuing transaction copy
chronological like the electronic cash register.
3) All transaction must finish at the time of closing
before you total all amount and turn over to the
next shift. Like daily sales summary, discount
process in room or a senior citizen, and other
expenses
