Market women in Ghana and Africa have always trusted their traditional way of managing their business which is keeping all information about their businesses off-head. This affect their businesses in decision making, growth and moreover communication within their business. As a past volunteer at Challenges Worldwide Ghana, I and my team decided to empower women in bookkeeping as part of our Action at home. It was an awesome experience even though this came with it own challenges. We hope to continue this and make an impact in the life of women in the market.
