The document discusses the library's management of various collections including print, electronic, institutional repository, archives, and digital collections. It summarizes the library's implementation of the Kuali Open Library Environment (OLE) system in a phased approach between 2014-2017 to replace its existing library management system and integrate various services. The implementation involved migrating data, adding functionality for acquisitions, cataloging, circulation including borrowing/renewing, and eventually notices/fines. Upgrades to newer OLE releases addressed issues and added more features.
