To become a good manager requires learning, training, and experience over time. While some innate traits are helpful, anyone can develop strong management skills and characteristics through practice and developing the appropriate qualities required of managers.

It is often seen that a employ promoted
from it rank to the Management level.
Why this is so?
Such type of employees are ‘self motivated
employ' and they “like to get the job
done efficiently” plus they know how
much effort are certain task take.

Good manager selected by nature since
a person was born with characteristics
which make one to become a good
manager.
Charisma or Trait is a quality which is
