2. introduction
Practice discipline. A good leader needs discipline, since seeing that the leader is
disciplined everyone will feel motivated that the leader also has to work and make
an effort for the company to be successful, the employee will see that their leader
is someone of respect and a lion in a jungle you have to handle difficult situations.

3. purpose
The objective is that employees have respect, not fear, that they feel comfortable
and not terrified and uncomfortable.

4. research question and objetive
A true leader establishes a common goal, inspires his work team, challenges them
to work for objectives and always move forward, his main mission is that others
seek to achieve it and if possible exceed it; a leader is not afraid of competition
from him, on the contrary, he constantly tries to improve.

5. Explaneation of proyect
my project ensures that employees in the workplace feel comfortable with their
work and their environment and that should be seen a lot by the boss who is the
leader, we are not going to make him believe that the boss is a fool either, but
they should understand that they can talk and explain the situation to them and
that they must have respect in the company and towards their superior and if an
incident goes beyond that, they should go to the boss and try to solve it

leadership style, some adapt it depending

Everyone knows what leadership is, but few people can explain what it really
means. Creating a consistent definition within the organization is a crucial step
in developing future leaders while maintaining unity and a strong leadership
focus.
