five iLLig 75K inline thermoformers, five 58/3 iLLig roll feed thermoformers and over 85 tool sets. I have
developed a work order / job track system for the tooling and machine shop that is both PMC / Excel based. I have a
total of twelve hourly employees and one Salary employee reporting to me directly.
Production Manager (2008 to 2010) My responsibilities include over site of nine shift supervisors, four process
technicians and one tooling supervisor. With two hundred and five employees both full and part time. Tooling
department responsibilities were also retained and those employees included: New product development for the
thermoforming and print departments. Set up and machine shop departments report to me as well.
Technical Manager (2010 to Present) My responsibilities include Production Tooling Engineering approvals and
purchases, Set up, Machine shop and purchasing of all production equipment and support equipment. New product
development and estimating for the thermoforming, print and straw departments. With three Process Engineers, one
Tooling Supervisor and 15 hourly employees.

Plastic Cup Printing Supervisor (1991) My responsibilities include training of personnel and the supervision of nine
operators. The stocking of all parts, inks and printing plates required for department. Maintenance and repair of
Vandam Printers-natural gas, ultra violet curing systems and pre-treat systems.
Maintenance Supervisor / Process Controller (1993 to 1995). My responsibilities include supervising maintenance
staff of nine men. Also the over site of P.M. program for all production equipment and the setup of work order
system for all production equipment. Trouble shooting of all thermoforming cup lines, lid lines, extruders, and
support equipment. The training of all operator personnel fell within my department. Trouble shooting
thermoforming and extrusion processes.
