Recruited to manage the production control department whose responsibilities were to plan production assemblies, purchase materials, manage all
inventory, and company inventory consigned at customer warehouses. Accountable for inventory control of >2,000 SKU and established inventory
policies for Shipping/Receiving. During my tenure I lead the implementation team for our new MRP system. My duties as a Supplier Engineer were to
audit and survey new suppliers and probationary entities in the supply base. I developed training curriculum for lean principles and implemented lean
practices in manufacturing areas as well as inventory control, and office environments. Actively play a part on a steering committee for Implementation
of ISO 2000 cross-site. This included cross functional operating procedures with out of state plants.
