based language identification (T LID) of a single word in isolation may be required. This is a

speech processing systems and introduce a novel way of applying Joint Sequence Models to the T LID
task. We obtain competitive results on a real world 4 language task: for our best JSM system, an F1

This study which was conducted in 1966; it was a study about encoding. This study was conducted to
conclude if long term memory encodes acoustically (based on sound) or if encodes semantically
(based on meaning). This is done by giving the participants word lists that are similar in sound and/or
their meaning; if the participants struggle to recall the words in order it suggests that the long term
memory is confused by the similarity, this means that this is how long term memory encodes. The first
study that Baddeley conducted was that he gave participants four trials at learning the order of a list of
words, he then used a 20 minute delay this was to remove the short term memory. The participants
were then asked to recall as many words as they could in the order they were in. He compared their
score in the 5th trial with the participants score in the 4th trial 20 minutes earlier this was to determine
how much the participants had forgotten. Baddeley accepted the fact that the participants who had to

Company Creation
My workplace and subsequently where I undertook my work based learning is the popular gourmet
hamburger chain Byron Hamburgers , the company was founded in 2007 by Tom Byng and currently
has 82 restaurants in the UK with 54 of them located in London. The inspiration that prompted Byron
s creation occurred to Tom Byng during a trip to America, he ate at many diners during this trip
sampling some of the best hamburgers that the nation has to offer. Upon his return to the U.K he
realised that there were no restaurants that served hamburgers the proper American way and Byron
was created.
Food and Beverage
The menu at Byron consists of hamburgers, salads and sides along with an extensive selection of craft
beers. Due to the nature of the food served, such as the burgers being cooked medium and the different
components of each burger, it is necessary that staff are sufficiently trained on all aspects of the menu.
Service Style
The service style in Byron, as with many casual dining restaurants is very laid back with staff
members encouraged to talk to and build rapport with customers. The feeling throughout all Byron

To my understanding the U.S Constitution is a number of principles that are supposed to be
