Major Areas of Accountability:
- Develop and execute the annual operatingplan includingthesales volumecosts as well as distribution,
profitobjectives and strategies to achieve annual targets
- Assess the Sales and Distribution systemcontinuously and ensurecontinuous improvement
- Support the development of the annual PUSH agendas partof COOP agreements with PCI
- Identify, supportand sponsor besttools to assistin deliveringtheannual objectives (i.e.Model store,
Territory University,AS&D, etc.)
- Lead the implementation of core sales processes and tools
- Collaboratewith HQ in the development and standardization of the processes and tools
- Develop, execute and monitor sales related best practices
- Ensure a cost effective call coveragesystem for all external customers is implemented and recommend
appropriatecorrectivemeasures when necessary (i.e. sellingsystemchanges,organization change, trainingneeds,
etc.)
- Liaisewith fleet maintenance to ensure the best allocation/utilization of the fleet in order to optimize
product stock rotation
- Coordinatewith other key functional management within the country
- Ensure pricingcompliancewithin the trade and by sales force
- Comply with key/TDI pricingand discount
- Monitor regularly competitors’S&D activities,plansand sales volumeperformance and implement
necessary adjustments to company plan and/or processes as needed
- Build an effective team based environment and motivate employees to optimize their performance by
applyingPMP
- Ensure that the sales forceis supported (through regular coaching/feedback sessionsand field visits) and
provided with the necessary training
- Assistin the development of an organizational plan for the sales function includinga succession plan for
star employees for key position
- Comply with company’s set values and standards
