performance and market assessment, and resulted
in the rationalization of a number of
underperforming brands and acquisition of new
ones
 Conducted a number of category reviews for a
leading retailer in the Levant. This resulted in 20-
25% increase in sales within 1 year
 Supported a retailer in its regional expansion
across the Levant area
 Led a review of a retailers’ overall customer
experience – this included definition of best
practices, and training of staff to align to the
newly defined best practices
 Assembled collections for an apparel retailer;
process included management of an International
multi-brand portfolio and suppliers, purchasing of
raw material in International textile trade fairs as
well as ready-to-wear garments in Europe and the
US, direct work with factories for private label,
quality control and warehouse optimization,
distribution to network of stores, in-store displays
and merchandising, promotions and salesforce
training
