Managingthe end to end supply of products within a specific productrange,managing the stock plan either through automated
system replenishment or push allocations.My main our goal ia to maximisein-store/on-lineavailability to the customers whilst

Managing forecastaccuracy for all given products.
Minimiseamount of overdue orders into Distribution Centre(DC) to maximi sereplenishment efficiency,this is done by reviewing
overdue PO’s and either moving the due dates out or closingdown the PO’s so that it doesn’t impact on the FnR process
Analysing critical paths to ensure the product is in storeor on-lineas planned,meeting with the market analyststo ensure that
communication is open and plans areimplemented as required.
Work alongsideCommercial Teams to ensure smooth flow of stock into store in linewith capacities and timings.
Also managing the DC/RCC and store inputs atpoint of range change and tradingactivity to ensure that the exitinglinehas been
cleared out ready to ensure the new linehas been listed correctly and in DC/RCC ready to be delivered to store in time for go live.
Ensuring orders are raised in linewith the plan.
Regularly conductingstore, competitor and vendor visits.
Attending Commercial meetings where possibleto represent Stock Control.

 Ensure OTIF performance meets the KPI of 98.7% and additionally I amresponsiblefor ensuringthe RO to PO is
completed within the required period
 Prepare, report and communicate forecastto management (forecastaccuracy,inventory status)
 Manage and develop supplier relationships including monthly reviews of their OTIF performance and also working
closely with them to review any supply issues to reduce impactto the fleet
 Gather data for consumption analysis to provideforecastto suppliers to reduce any potential breaks in supply
 Liaisewith senior management and actively participatein weekly meetings providing reports and analysis of current
performance and issues arising
 Work to meet company set S&OP targets
 Co-ordinate closely with the purchasingteam to ensure the efficientand continuous supply of products to our fleet
 Running workshops weekly/bi-weekly for the purchasingand servicesteam to ensure alignment on future projects so
they are awareof any excess stocks to be run down before implementation of new stock and any potential impacts to
budget
 Review Inventory to manage product lifecycletransitions through the development of phasein and out plans and
coordinatingthe supply for the products to ensure excess is minimal
 Review orders to ensure three way matches of invoices, receipts and PO’s and liaisebetween the buyer and the supplier
to resolveany discrepancy issues
