generation people around 24, the % of
male to female sways in the male reader
more.
• The image used for the magazine show
young artist, they look glamourous and
very stylish.
• The language used for the magazine is
simple it has very little use of
sophisticated language
• The colour are bright and vibrate which
could indicate a party scene and Dancy
music.

NME
• The NME magazine is a rock music
magazine, so the age range will vary a lot
for around 25-35 and the male/female is
about the similar
• The image show very popular rock artist so
the image will attract viewer, the age of
the artist are of all ages so they have no
relevance to the target audience
• The language used for this music magazine
are simple however they have more
textual and informative language.
• The colours are simple also primary colours
which could imply neutral views.
Billboard
• The Age range for this magazine is surprising at
35 age range. The most frequent sex reader
for this magazine are female at around 60 %
• The images used for this magazine are very
simple they are not wearing bright colours
they are just wearing dull coloured clothing,
the image on some of the magazine are
monochrome.
• The language used In this magazine are short
they are very simple, the language is very
persuasive.
• The colours used are dull not very bright, they
have a normal grey background to influence
the image.
MOJO
• MOJO target audience has an age range of
around 43, this may be because of the genre
being a rock and folk music type.
• A lot of the images in the magazine are black and
white which could show there connection
with older people, it also has very serious
looking people which could show there
serious about there work and how they have
been at it for a while.
• the language used in the magazine are quite
sophisticated there language use is very
possessive to get the attention of readers.

• The target audience for XXL magazine is people
that like rap and grime music, the age range of
people that view this magazine are about 25-
29. the gender % is 78 are male.
• The image used for the magazine show a lot of
black people which just shows that most grime
and rap artist are black. They show a very angry
emotion because they rap about things they
are angry about.
• The language in the magazine is enticing it ids also
quite aggressive to fit in with the magazine.
• The colour usage is normal primary colours.

that like rap and grime music, the age range of
