‘reelfilm’. This is a pun; I have
replaced what would be ‘real’
with ‘reel’ to link to the film
industry. I will be placing this in
bold text - I am undecided on

have used my knowledge of
Indie films to represent the
magazine’s focus on this
industry - ‘Under the Skin’ and
‘Frank’ are recent, critically
acclaimed Arthouse
productions.

I have included a barcode to the
bottom right of my magazine
cover; through including this, I am
conforming to the conventions of
such promotion. I will source this
from Google Images and alter it
within Photoshop by adding the
date and price.
Anchorage Text
The main cover line reads

my choice of anchorage text.
This will be in bold font, in
order to stand out to the
viewer. Underneath the main
cover line, I have put the
words ‘best British newcomer
Hana Thain on upcoming film
Kaleidoscope’. By using the
title ‘best British newcomer’,
readers will be enticed to read
about this starlet set to trump
existing actors within the film
industry.
