3. Give enough slack on wire to disconnect safely. Secure
wire to a fix point to prevent any wire pay off. Watch hands
placement

Lewis snake grip & spooling end of new wire
to crane drum .
4. Wire pay off when spooling it to crane drum – Wire falling
down on people – Snake not holding - Wrong signals to crane

crane operator – Operate the crane slowly – Signal working
area - Connect & secure correctly Lewis snake grip on wires
– Dispatch crew to follow the wire during spooling operation

Pulling up - Finishing job & clean up

hands placement – Operate crane slowly – Check wire
