 Provides administrative supports to the CEO by managing executive calendar, arranging and
scheduling meetings internal and external, coordinating with the Managers for their
deliverables to the CEO, coordinating with the business partners locally and abroad for follow
ups and feedback, drafts correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
 Oversees all depart managers and supervisors when CEO is not around.
 Takes and writes minutes of the meeting of Mancom, Operations and Business Reviews, and
other meetings of the CEO.
 Formally recognized for playing an instrumental role in the implementation of cost savings
measures.
 Perform other duties/responsibilities CEO may assign.
 Currently, assigned in Human Resources Department to extend administrative services due
to undermanned :
o Assists into day-to-day operations of the HR Department.
o Facilitates and satisfies hiring requirement by sourcing candidates, short listing right fit
thru screening processes, and up to onboarding.
o Compiles and updates employee records (in HR Module System and 201 file)
o Provides administrative supports to HR Manager and HR Supervisor.
o Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing,
recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluation etc.)
o Coordinate HR projects ( meetings, trainings, surveys and minutes of the meeting)
Documents Controller
 Responsible for overall coordination of controlled documentation of the company.
 Performs the Document Control function within the validated Master Control System.
 Coordinates and chairs Document Change Control Board meetings.
o Maintains master document tracking system.
o Responsible for coordinating document change orders (DCO), facilities review, approval,
and retention of Risk Management documents.
