I changed roles within MML as I felt I needed more of a challenge having 
gained all I could from my previous post. I moved over to the Morrisons 
call centre as I thought it would better suit my inquisitive personality. 
I particularly enjoy the fact of not knowing what the next call will entail. 
I especially like the knowledge that I have helped the client, having 
assisted where I can with a complex query.
