This is my letter of introduction to employers in Melbourne.

1. Dear Sir or Madam,
This is an open letter to introduce myself, my name is Yvonne. I have many years of experience
within Administration,Customer Service, Reception and Retail.
In order to utilise my existing office skills and also learn new ones, I am currently volunteering at
two different organisations , one of them being St Vincent de Paul, where I have also gained
sales/retail experience/customer service experience, to add to my extensive office experience. The
other being Vision Australia, where I am working in with the Submissions and Fundraising Teams,
performing Administration, Filing and Archiving duties. I volunteer for 22 hours per week.
I also hold Certificate 1V In Human Resources, Certificate 1V in Workplace Health and Safety
and Certificate 1V in Business, Certificate 111 in Business Administration, Certificate 11 in
Business Administration and Certificate 11 in Customer Contact and have completed short courses
in Internet, Email and MYOB.
Over the years I have gained the ability to work well both independently and within a team. I am
well spoken, well presented, dependable, mature, approachable, friendly, professional, reliable,
motivated, punctual, flexible, adaptable, a team player, ability to efficiently prioritise work, excellent
eye for detail, self-motivated ,with excellent time management and organisational skills. I know my
way very confidently around offices. Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information and I
have fluent English skills. I have intermediate MS Word skills, basic Excel, basic Outlook and I
adapt easily to new IT systems. I have strong written, interpersonal, customer service and oral
communication skills. I have initiative plus a positive and professional work ethic and I thrive on
learning and developing new skills.
I have also proven my competency and efficiency in customer relations, and ability to achieve my
personal KPIs.
My enclosed resume provides you with an overview of my experience and training, so that you can
