The Service Department employs nine technicians; the Administrator is responsible for dispatching the
technicians to scheduled service visits worldwide which entails and includes the following duties:
• Daily e-mail correspondence, phone calls, maintain customer files, schedule service
• Create and submit customer quotes, complete billing/invoicing
• Make arrangements and complete necessary documents for service visits
• Consult with the Parts and Engineering Departments on solutions for customer issues
• Apply for Visa’s and Background Checks for the Service Technicians
• Provide required security documents for Military service visits
• Provide required training documents for technicians to provide offshore service (oil rigs)
• Complete and submit Procedure and Safety documents to shipyards in order for technicians to be

Oak Ridge National Laboratory is a multi-program science and technology laboratory for the U.S.

As a Subcontractor, my duties were as follows:
• Due to a move to a new facility, I assisted scientists in two separate laboratory divisions,
consisting of 55 offices, with cleaning out and organizing their spaces to reduce their paper
imprint
• Created an online database for converted data, scanned and indexed documents; consisting of
scientific findings covering the past 30 years. Created filing systems for documents that required
continued hands-on usage.
• Registered, indexed and prepared scientific notebooks for long-term storage according to DOE
guidelines
• Developed relationships within the scientific sector to create a system in which the scientists are
able to obtain and utilize documents in a more timely and efficient manner
• Assisted with overall administrative needs within the records department
