• Managed the largest volume Regional Fulfillment program with 83 locations from pilot phase through
3 expansions as well as BOPS and Total Store Fulfillment implementation.
• Managed all aspects of single and multi-Store Operations Management responsibilities.
• Monitored the distribution and processing of inbound and outbound retail freight for a 17 store Region
while achieving the top rank in freight flow results for Macy’s East CT District.
• Managed vendor freight receipt scheduling, merchandise receiving and accounting using VICS
Inventory Program at the Distribution Center in support of all 14 G. Fox stores.
Inventory/Shortage Control Processes
• Developed and implemented shortage action plans, executed financial inventories as well as chaired
Shortage Committee.
• Implemented and enforced junior executive shortage control compliance initiatives through direct
coaching, peer shortage audits and weekly meetings.
Training/Leadership
• Used reporting metrics and direct observation to coach/course correct Operations Managers toward
excellence in picking operation, packing standards and Service-On-Time requirements.
• Conducted all Fulfillment “Train the Trainer” sessions with Regional, District and Store Executive
audiences from pilot through Total Store Fulfillment phases.
• Developed Store Associates and Junior Store Executives for promotion to the next level.
• Integral “On-boarding” training role with new District and Store Operations Executives.
Expense Control
• Planned, initiated and controlled capital improvement projects of $1M, to include equipment
purchase, as well as, renovations of stockrooms, fitting rooms and training rooms.

Vendor & Staff Relations
• Developed and coordinated capital improvement projects from the bid process through completion.
