local customers.
Directed a staff of 100+ employees, included two managers, six supervisors, and seven leads.
Developed and implemented production and quality standards for all inbound and outbound departments.
The production standards along with hiring additional headcount resulted in an 8% reduction in OT hours
during Q1 of FY2015.
Identified inventory discrepancies and created an inventory recovery team that was able to locate and

Transship Process and resulted in a savings of $9,500 per year. The team also recommended a process
change that could potentially save $104,985 during the 1st year of use and $212,385 each year thereafter.
Led a 6 person Kaizen team to reduce non-compliant SIOC asins and streamline the SIOC/Bigs Process
which resulted in annualized savings of $20,993 by creating 10 productivity improvements, 2 quality
improvements, and 3 safety improvements.
Participated on a Kaizen event at the Phoenix, AZ fulfillment center that doubled re-bin capacity,
