This document discusses plans to develop a logistics center at the Gorky Metallurgic Plant site in Nizhny Novgorod, Russia. It will include reconstructing existing warehouses and building new warehouses totaling 130,000 square meters. The first stage will reconstruct 62,000 square meters. Future stages will construct an additional 64,000 square meters of warehouse space. The site has existing infrastructure and a convenient transport location. The development will turn the site into a modern industrial and logistics center that can be leased to tenants for office, industrial, and warehouse space.
