2- SHOP DRAWINGS FOR 2 MEDICAL COLLEGES IN KSA by using AUTO
CAD STRUCTURAL DETAILING (ASD).
3- EMAL ADMINISTRATIVE COMPLEX: EMAL Administrative Complex is built
on a plot area of 68,000 m2. The complex comprises 12 buildings that include an
administrative building (G + 1), reception building (G + 1), mosque, and ancillary
buildings.
4- PHASE 2 OF NEW NATURAL GAS LIQUID (NGL) SUPPOCAMPUS AT
MESAIEED: The facility consists of a new NGL laboratory, administrative building,
canteen building, mosque, central workshop, transport depot, fuel-vending facility,
warehouse, and stores. The facility includes a new NGL laboratory building that
comprises a metallurgy and corrosion laboratory, finished products laboratory,
sulphur laboratory, gas chromatography laboratory, analytical laboratory, physical
laboratory, and environmental laboratory.
5- KUFRA AIRPORT AIRFIELD REHABILITATION: Kufra Airport is an airport in
Kufra, southeastern Libya. The airport comprises a (3,660 x 30 m) paved lighted
runway. The objective of this assignment is to rehabilitate the airfield comprising
runway, parallel taxiway and apron.

SITES IN SAUDI ARABIA): The project consists of seven land plots ranging from
191,140 m2 to 2,678,499 m2. The total area of the seven plots is 7,433,767 m2.
7- MASTER-PLANNING & INFRASTRUCTURE DESIGN OF SITES IN SAUDI
ARABIA: The project consists of eight land plots. Four plots are located in the North
Region and the other four are located in the South Region. Plot areas range from
100,000 m2 to 680,000 m2.

8- Hayat Alex Park Project
Owner: Marseilia Group
Description of Hayat Alex Park Project: The project comprises several residential
buildings on a land plot area of 28,000 m2 on the National road and Mostafa Kamel
road crossings (Alexandria). The buildings will comprise 9 residential floors, 2 floors
for retail and a basement. The total BUA is estimated at 250,000m2.
9-EXPANSION OF UMM AL-QURA UNIVERSITY ACADEMIC SPINE :
The university is built on a plot area of 1,500,000 m2, with a total footprint area of
100,000 m2. The project comprises new academic buildings (built-up area of 155,000
m2), extensions to existing academic buildings (built-up area of 74,000 m2), and non-
academic buildings (built-up area of 139,000 m2).
10-MADINATY OPEN AIR MALL PARKING :
The building comprises a ground floor and two typical basements. The footprint of the
ground floor is 79,000 m2 and that of the basements is 63,000 m2.
11-DHAHIAT SUMOU BLOCK 5 (PHASE 2) by Using AUTO DESK REVIT 2015:
Phase 2 of Block 5 comprises the development of 6 types of residential buildings over
20 land plots. A total of 283 residential units are included in a range of building types.
12-DESIGN CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR 4 ALSTOM SUBSTATIONS:
The project consists of four substations at various locations in Egypt over a total land
area of 9,935 m2. The substations consist of the following components: gantry area,
control building, GIS building (220 kV), switchgear building (66 kV), switchgear (11
kV), transformer building (175 MVA), transformer building (40 MVA), guard room,
firefighting room, utility buildings & services, and water tanks.
13-AL-MASSA PARK AT THE NEW CAPITAL : The client is developing
approximately 25 feddans located at the New Capital. The aim of the development is
to construct a high-end, luxurious hotel.
The project comprises hotel buildings, chalets, day-use villas, and a golf course.

14-PETCOKE/COAL STORAGE AT AMREYA CEMENT CO : The project
comprised the design of a petcoke/coal storage area to feed Production Lines 1 & 3
with coal fuel at the pre-calciner and main burners.
