This was a mock proposal I work for a week long workshop on grant and proposal writing for a class @ Utah State University. FYI: The reference to the characters for "Lord of the Rings" was for the benefit of the professor who is a fan.

Girl Scouts of Utah
This document outlines several activities related to learning about endangered and threatened species (P.E.T.S.). Laptops For Students
There are approximately 25,000 students attending USU with only 21 computer labs that have around 80 computers each. This means there is only 1 computer available for every 1,194 students. The document proposes a lease-to-own laptop program where students can pay for a laptop through tuition over 4-8 semesters. The IT department would administer the program and handle repairs. The proposal claims laptops could increase student productivity, university revenue from the program, and help with new student recruitment while keeping costs low for staffing, infrastructure and repairs for the university.

Adobe Illustrator is primarily vector graphic manipulation software that is widely used in design. It offers powerful creative tools for tasks like reducing or enlarging artwork while maintaining quality. Common uses include advertisements, brochures, and web design. While it can do almost anything design-related, it is not suited for photographic images.
