Specific experience:
• Oversight and supervision of an itinerant workforce consisting of up to 30 food preparers and
vendors providing food and alcohol concession for concerts, school events, and professional
sports events at the 6000 seat Legion Stadium, Olsen Softball Complex, and the Greenfield
Amphitheatre. Responsibilities include the staffing and training of volunteers, the ordering
and receipt of food and alcohol, and the management and oversight of event alcohol and food
sales.
• Forecasts food service requirements and volume expectation, coordinating vendor resource
allocation and conducting appropriate food and alcohol purchase operating within a budget
constraint for event coordination of $6500 per event for alcohol and $5000 for food.
• Collects and accounts up to $20,000 revenue per event. Contributed to the update of the cash
handling procedures manual that is currently in use.
• Scales and adapts service response in anticipation of event attendance and to mitigate
unanticipated barriers and challenges, including but not limited to constrained workspace and
staff shortages.
• Experienced working with and coordinating the efforts of a diverse workforce made up from
a variety of vendors, volunteers, and food service professionals.
• Administers state ABC laws for the distribution of alcohol at multiple sites often entailing the
de-escalation of alcohol related customer and management concerns.
