Life is wholly dependent on water. List and discuss two reasons why this is?!!
Solution
Life is wholly dependent on water because,
1). Plants get the carbon dioxide necessary for photosynthesis in exchange with water
2). Animals use water in several ways such as, to transport the molecules in the body, to maintain
body temperature, to excrete the waste, etc.
As plants are the primary producers, their survival is the key for survival of the remaining
organisms. The biological cycle will be terminated if there is no water because the platn's
survival needs water.
